Timothy J Avalos was raised in the suburbs of Sacramento California to a single mother of three where he learned the importance of family, hard work and the value of a dollar. As the second youngest Tim accelerated in sports and soon found out the structure, discipline, and fundamentals would help develop him into the professional man he is today. 

After traveling the U.S. from the age of 20 he settled in Las Vegas NV. After working for a fortune 500 company for 5 years he decided to follow a famous quote by Wayne Gretzky, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take” and pursued his passion for hair.

Since age 16 Tim has been continually cutting hair and in 2012 he took his first “shot”. He quit the 9-5, paid his way through Barber College and ended up at the premier barber shop in Las Vegas NV, Fino for Men. After getting his first “break” in the industry he began to seize his opportunity and fully commit to the art of barbering.

Tim has trained with, learned from, and attended classes and courses with the industries top professionals. He has trained in both classic barbering styles and modern texturized looks. Tim believes the knowledge he has learned should be passed on to his clients so they can maintain their style in-between haircuts.
